Gratitude Practice : why?

Because what you have in the present moment can be bigger or smaller but will never ever be exactly the same in the future. And, your Central Nervous system, has seen and survived all of the past. So if you could go back and remember, how do I want to feel in the future on purpose? Would you choose:

LOVE PEACE POWERFUL or ANGER SADNESS SCARED?

Because of the two bundle options. I definitely choose the first.


You have physical intelligence and then you also have emotional intelligence. The human body is designed to feel neutral. And there are at least eighty-four emotions and throughout a lifetime you get an opportunity to feel them.
