When six women,

get together at a yoga retreat,

My intention words are Love & Peace (power & forgiveness).

Is an action. Taken by a human.

I’m hosting two yoga retreats for women in Costa Rica.. One is in November and one is in December and yes, we will do yoga.

And, starting today, I’m pausing Beach Yoga in Tamarindo at 8am. But I’m still an experienced yoga teacher with nine years of yoga teaching experience.

So if I blog on Mondays, and send Newsletters on Wednesdays (ish), and it’s been nine years.
