Private Yoga Sessions Available

People reach out all the time for private yoga sessions. I am available whether you are on vacation or living on the Gold Coast of Costa Rica.

I'll bring all the things we’ll need. Yoga mats, towels, blocks, straps, music, essential oils.

We can have the session at your rental, home, or beach.

If you have any particular requests or are celebrating something special, please let me know, and I’ll work to make your private yoga session extra memorable with curated postures, mudras, poetry, and playlists.
