I have been transforming lately.
Right now I’m listening to music that I love and meditating on my intention Word.
10 Things to do Before Bed Tonight and into tomorrowland
No phone time 60 minutes before bedrime
Four hours before bedtime stop eating foods and drinking anything other than H2O Water Agua
Take a warm shower.
Floss.
Stop consuming sugars - eat more fruits and vegetables (start tomorrow)
Meditate on breath for two minutes
Go outside and pay attention to the sky
Washing dishes can be meditation too
Do a load of laundry every day
Book a yoga retreat with a group of gals.
I’m shifting all of my women's yoga retreats to start on Mondays and ciao for now on Saturdays still.
Everything is still included, it’s just one less night at the Villa. And neuroplasticity is connecting wiring in the brain that wasn’t connected in the past. And the body has been with it’s central nervous system since the belly button.
The retreats will start with a sunset and intention setting ceremony on Monday evenings. And then, they’ll end with a sunrise expectation releasing ceremony on Saturday morning. And everything in between is included.
Tuesdays and Wednesdays and Thursdays and Fridays we’ll yoga & hang out by the pool in the afternoon. Or maybe grab a surf lesson. Because the first massage on the Tuesday has always been included.
Time. My mom says, “God created time. People measure it.” My dad says, “Floss the teeth you want to keep.”
And I was only born in 1984.
Yesterday, I wrote myself a letter and it said,
Tomorrow, you turn 100. And you have one wish. And then when I blinked my eyes open this morning I have a daily gratitude practice and I received my wish. But the year is only 2025. So I still have about 60 or so more years until that 1 wish.
And then - craft out arcs of what energies you want to bring with you into future timelines. Optimistic is a feeling word, for example.
