Wake Up & Gratitude
Start by writing down how you spend the last 60 minutes of your day. For the past seven days or moving into the next seven days. And then,
Walk the clock back by about 8 hours. And if this alarm time is different than when you normally wake up.
Start small.
Circadian Rhythm - Pineal Gland - third Eye - light - I trust - purple / violet
Wake up & Journal a Gratitude Practice daily
Water first H2O - Sunrise & surf
8am Yoga on the Beach
& meditation too
And then break the fast with pipas and fresh fruits.
Eat food. Mostly plants. Not too much.
Maybe a massage or Reiki energy healing on the beach? or at the Villa.
Free time is always relaxing.
And then, an afternoon snack of proteins, grains, fruits, and veggies.
Sunset on the beach with a cocktail or mocktail and set an intention for the next day.
