The digestive system needs four hours to process food and water. And if you want to improve your sleep, go to sleep hungry and then when you wake up, drink water first. Hydrate your body daily and more. If you are concerned about too much water, add some salt to your water bottle.
Eat foods - mostly plants - no too much. And Michael Pollan said that. He wrote other books too.
