Serotonin : Love

Serotonin is one of many brain chemicals. Love is one of many emotions a human can feel.

Humans are designed to be at balance and feel neutral.

The physical body has eleven different organ systems and serotonin is a brain chemical. Part of a human body’s central nervous system. And still, the body detoxifies mostly through the exhale. More than through the digestive system for reference.

Circling back to serotonin,

It’s not dopamine. Everyone is designed to seek dopamine. It’s part of the happiness chemicals.

Happiness is an emotion that lots of humans enjoy feeling. Joy is a more specific emotion.

A different author wrote a book describing around eighty-four emotions and if as humanity, we have the capacity to understand and learn new words, I lost my train of thought.

Serotonin: you can force the brain to create an insane amount of serotonin if you would want to choose to, but remember the life part of being a human is the sober part. The equilibrium.

When you surge your body with serotonin, it also reduces inflammation and is a pain reducer, so bodies are able to dance around for maybe longer than normal. And then, as the body sobers up, there’s a blues half life that follows because your brain is taking it’s time to recalibrate after the experience. And that’s what it is, for about four hours. A serotonin experience.

It relaxes your amigdala a lot. The people around you don’t change, but your perception of them as people does. Everyone leans friends on the friend/foe scale.

For instance, the amygdala is pumping you full of a stressor called cortisol when you’re holding a gun and walking around a war country.

It’s important to bring up the parasympathetic and sympathetic systems here.

Your breath, when exhaled, audibly and with vibration, activates the parasympathetic system which is the bodies’ Rest and Digest system. The other system, the Sympathetic system, is your Fight and or Flight system. You need both and they impact the amygdala in your brain differently.

What the conscience focuses on the hour before bed, primes the subconscience for the healing and dreaming part of life.

The first hour after the body wakes up,

#1 no screens - charge all electronics in the kitchen/not bedroom

#2 dopamine and serotonin are two different chemicals the body is designed to search for and you can train your brain

#3 start tonight before bed

#4 never wait for tomorrow to look for your dopamine today and it’s not on the phone or device

#5 everyone has two different colors in their eyes if you look close enough
