I Love Yoga

But I don’t really do a whole bunch of yoga, actually.

I know, it’s weird.

I am working to be honest.

So to go back to the original post - I do love yoga.

And being honest - in space spaces.

This is a blog at belongs to me - Virginia. My name is Virginia and I own Virginia Marie Yoga. But my last name is Fugman. And it was never his last name, interestingly enough.

I was married. For a while. About twelve years. And now we are divorced.

And I still love yoga - but I haven’t been good about being on my mat since the divorce. I think I am coping better by listening to music. And then I remember -

That I love yoga BECAUSE

Yoga is to yolk. To union. Breath with body. So kinda, at a molecular level, it’s literally all yoga.

Now, I could be better about actually rolling out my yoga mat.
